The Malayalam film industry, better know as "Mollywood" has been churning out some good phenomenal hits, all with various heroes and not just necessarily just one outstanding one. Some of the films are so good that they have been released in various other regional languages to reach out to a wider audience and these too have gone on to become successful at the box office.
One such film was the Malayalam film Drishyam. Director Jeethu Joseph was at the helm with Mohanlal and Meena playing the lead characters. The family thriller broke box office records and its remakes in Kannada, Telegu, Tamil and Hindi
too achieved a fair degree of success.
