CIDCO invites online applications for plots in Navi Mumbai from educational trusts. The last date to apply is 24th January 2017.
Who can apply
Educational Trusts which are registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 and/or Society Registration Act, 1860 and which fulfil the mandatory eligibility requirements as stated in the Scheme Booklet.

The plots listed below are for setting up composite School and Junior College.
1. Node: Pushpak, Sector 25, Plot No. 243
Approximate area: 3000sq.mtrs.
Category: Composite school in English and Marathi medium, Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary and Junior College.
2. Node: Pushpak, Sector R4, Plot No. 84
Approximate area: 3000sq.mtrs.
Category: Composite school in English and Marathi medium, Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary and Junior College.
How to apply online
1. Download the Scheme Booklet from the official website: www.cidco.maharashtra.gov.in
2. The online submission of your application must be accompanied by attested copies of the requisite documents supporting eligibility criteria, annexures and scanned copies of Demand Draft/Pay Order towards EMD and cost of the Scheme booklet.
3. The sealed application along with the original documents submitted online and original Demand Draft/Pay Order towards EMD and cost of the Scheme booklet must be submitted on 27th January 2017 from 11a.m. to 1p.m. at: Ground floor, CIDCO Bhavan, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai-400614.
Note: Applications will not be accepted by post/courier.
