IRCTC Special Tour Package to Green Dooars India at a bargain price

Green Dooars Package Features                
A minimum of two persons have to book the tour package. There are 60 seats available. It should be noted that IRCTC will operate this tour package only on receiving the minimum number of passengers.                                                   
Starting date of the tour: 13th October 2018.

Duration: 4 nights and 5 days.

Boarding and De-boarding station: Sealdah (Station code SDAH).  

The Train: 13149 Kanchankanya Express. Note that the Train No. is subject to change.

Type of Class: 3-Tier Air-conditioned (Coach and berth preference does not apply).

Departure time: 20:30 hrs. Note that the timing is subject to change.

Tour package cost

• Single occupancy: INR 16,410/- per person.
• Double occupancy: INR 13,320/- per person.
• Triple occupancy: INR 12,825/- per person.
• For child age 5 to 11 years, with bed: INR 12,085/- per person.

What is included in the package

1. To and from train tickets in 3A Class and all applicable GST.

2.Two packed meals for dinner and one packed breakfast for the train journey.     

3. Accommodation for two nights in a resort at Lataguri (room allotted as per family).

4. AP Meal plan, which includes two breakfasts, three lunches and two dinners.                 

5. A non-air conditioned vehicle for point to point transfers and sightseeing trips as per the scheduled itinerary, with 6 passengers per vehicle. 

6. Travel insurance.

7. Tour Manager.

What is not included in the package

1. Fees for additional sightseeing or vehicle requirement other than for what is scheduled in the itinerary.

2. Charges for a guide, entrance fees and vehicle charges for a jungle safari.          

3. Any expenses which may arise due to a natural calamity (e.g. road blockage, landslide, political disturbance, etc.)

4. General personal expenses such as phone calls, laundry service, tips and gratuity.

5. Mineral water & soft/hard drinks.

6. Room heater usage.

7. Rafting fees.                                   

8. Increase in taxes of fuel price, which may subsequently mean an increase in transportation and accommodation arrangements, these being effective prior to departure. 

Important notes

In case of increase in input costs such as railway fare or any other expenses beyond the control of IRCTC, the guests are liable to pay the additional amount before commencement of journey. After booking, contact the IRCTC Kolkata office.

In case you wish to cancel the booking, it can be done online only at the IRCTC website. The cancellation charges are:

• Up to 15 days (excluding departure date): INR 100/- per passenger.       
• Up to 8-14 days (excluding departure date): 25% of the package cost.
• Up to 4-7 days (excluding departure date): 50% of the package cost.
• Less than 4 days: 100% of the package cost.
