Who can apply  

1. Trusts/Societies which are registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 and/or Society Registration Act, 1860 or under any Statutory Charitable Act in India, and which fulfil the mandatory eligibility requirements as stated in the Scheme Booklet.

2. A Trust registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956) and which fulfils the mandatory eligibility requirements as stated in the Scheme Booklet.

Approximate area: 4000.00 sq.mtrs.

3. Node: Dronagpiri, Sector 537, Plot No.8.

Approximate area: 3,796.40 sq.mtrs.

EMD amount: Rs. 30,15,481/-.

4. Node: Dronagpiri, Sector 561, Plot No.10.

Approximate area: 4000.00 sq.mtrs.

EMD amount: Rs.31,77,200/-.

5. Node: Dronagpiri, Sector 597, Plot No.5.

Approximate area: 3,584.84 sq.mtrs.

EMD amount: Rs.28,47,438/-.

How to apply  

Obtain the Scheme Booklet on payment of Rs.1180/- (inclusive of GST), from 28th September 2021 to 22nd October 2021, between 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) at-
