CIDCO is inviting applications for purchase of plots on lease for children’s Day Care Centres in various areas of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. There are 9 nodes in various Sectors of Navi Mumbai in which these plots are available, ranging in size from 148sq.ft up to 382sq.ft.

 

Who can apply

A Public Trust which is registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 and/or registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 with 4 years of experience operating a running Day Care Centre as per the prescribed terms and conditions.

Purchase the Booklet containing details of the Scheme for Rs.1,060 (inclusive of VAT), payable by DD/PO drawn in favour of “CIDCO Ltd” payable at Mumbai/Navi Mumbai from 18th January 2017 to 1st February 2017 between 2.30p.m. to 5.30p.m. from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) at:

The sealed envelope along with the requisite DD/PO of Earnest Money Deposit can be paid by Demand Draft/Pay Order drawn in facour of "CIDCO Limite" payable at Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and should be dropped in the Box kept on the ground floor, near Security Cabin, CIDCO Bhavan, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai-400614 on 8th February 2017, from 11a.m. to 1p.m.
